I once had a lettuce salad with candied pecans. I want to make it, but I don't remember what else was in it! Does anyone have a great salad that fits this description?

roasted sweet potatoes
candied pecans
mushrooms sauteed in teriyaki sauce
cherry tomatoes (opt.)
Dressing;
honey
soy sauce
mustard
oil

That looks good. I've often made salads like that. If you ate eating dairy try adding feta, it's very good.

Lettuce Pecan Salad
12 oz. shredded lettuce
2 red onion
Cherry tomatoes
½ c. sugared pecans
Dressing:
2 Tbs water
2 Tbs ketchup
1/3 c. oil
3 Tbs sugar
3 Tbs vinegar
2 cloves garlic
Salt & pepper
