Rich whip- how long does it last?

I whipped up rich whip last friday and didnt use all of it. I stuck the rest in the fridge. can I still use it tom. or friday? do you know how long this stuff lasts?

I think for sure a few days is fine. after all, it's all chemicals, right?

I find it gets watery if it sits around too long....
