You can use wraps. Fresh lafa. Pita. Make a salad and scoop up with taco chips. Serve in a baked tortilla bowl made from wraps. You can make chicken fajita strips and serve with rice.

I also like to serve a taco bowl. I layer the rice, veggies and protein and serve with chips. Its much easier for my 4 year old to eat also.

You don't need a sauce. The meat is very well seasoned. But some people like a salsa sauce. The Ortega taco kits come with tacos, spice mix and sauce. I disregard the sauce. I like a cubed salad containing avocado among other vegetables.
For the fajitas, saute a thinly sliced onion and a thinly sliced pepper just a few minutes (or half each of two different color peppers). Add a lb of chicken strips and the seasoning (you can add a bit of sweeter for fajitas for salty/sweet) and saute until done. Serve in wraps/lafa/pita or over rice.

Thanks ra-mom. It was delicious. How much of this spice would you use for the chicken?
