My mother said she made Salmon for us for lunch tomorrow (Chalavi meal - We're not Sfardim), and she arrived and realized that she left the salmon at home (I hope it's in the fridge). Luckily I actually bought fish so I have Zehavon fish (don't know English name - it has no bones and no taste but it's cheap). I need a tasty way to cook it in under an hour. I use everything (tomato paste, ketchup, mayo, (not mustard or soy sauce or tariyaki sauce), I have sweet chilli sauce.
I'm really not a fish cooker. Suggestions please - can add onion and green pepper too

OOPs ended up posting back on that thread (deleted it now)
Got to the kitchen and remembered a recipe (sort of) - I mixed sour cream, scallions, dill and a little oil ( think it's supposed butter or margarine but I used oil) - Stuck it in the oven
How hot? How long? Covered or uncovered?
