Enjoy!
I LOVE their potato salad - I hope you ordered that!
I'm so jealous that I don't have to cook for shabbos, that's my favorite thing to do on Friday. We're eating out for both meals.

Defy, what abotu shalosh seudos? You don't have anything in the house? I knew an older woman who used to make potato kugel regardless . . .
Mishie - it's lettuce, corn and tomatoes. With an Israeli type dressing.
The chicken is breaded and baked with cut up zuke, mushroom, & tomatoes or tomato sauce.
Mmmmmmmmmm

We usually just have fruit for shalosh seudos. I don't like having so much b/c I like to eat a full dinner later. Although, in the summer, we'll usually eat dinner for shalosh seudos.

the usual, (challah, fish, salads, soup, chicken, kugel, tsimmes, fruit dessert. by day, challah, fish salds, cholent, kugel, cold cuts, shnitzel, chopped liver)) plus perhaps an idea or two from you ladies.
only one, what is roasted garlic? I'd never have thought of serving garlic as a veggie. It's always used for flavoring. So nu, how do you do it? (whenever you have the time to respond, I won't get to do it this week anyhow)

to make roasted garlic........you take a whole head of garlic and rub olive oil on it. then you wrap it in foil and roast it in the oven on really high for around an hour. when it's done, you can squeeze the garlic out like a paste. it is so delicious and so sweet! you can spread it on challah and it is so incredibly delicious.
