I have tuna and I want to make something for Shabbos for the fish course.

Any good ideas? Does not need to be fancy, just a little nicer than typical tuna salad.

Also preferable not so complicated or unhealthy.

Tuna patties -- mix with eggs and matzah meal, fry, and serve with sauces - I do a homemade mayo and dill sauce.

Tuna quiche. Mix with eggs and onions and whatever other veggies you want, and bake either with or without a crust.

Tuna pasta salad. Olive oil, lemon juice, salt, peas if you want, tuna, angel hair (or other type of pasta).

If you can get your hands on a can of smoked tuna as well, I mix regular tuna, smoked tuna, and a hardboiled egg and call it "fancy tuna salad."

That's all I've got offhand but I will be watching this thread! I'm always looking for new tuna ideas for Shabbos and DH doesn't like mayo.

Mix with mayo and serve it in a hollowed-out tomato.

They are delicious. I had these as a guest. Would you post your recipe? I don't think there was mayo in the filling.
