Need a quick answer:
If I wanna serve gefilte fish at my seder on Monday, can I boil them and wrap them in saran wrap today and keep them in the fridge, or should I do it Sunday or Monday instead?
I'm trying to get as much done as early as possible!!

I think today would be fine enough - since the seder is close to the beginning of the week - but I wouldn't want any leftovers to be around for next shabbos - that would be taking it too far ... so just make enough for the first days
double wrap them when cooled & put them in the back of the fridge [things stay fresher there when the door is opened a lot]

It should keep for 3-4 days.

Today should be ok for Monday night but not later. Rather do it motzei shabbos or Sunday so that it should last through first days

I cooked fish today for shabbos and the first days. It should be good until then. I put it in my second fridge so it stays fresher there.

Never done this personally so I can't vouch that it will work but I have heard of people who cook the gefilte fish and then freeze it. If you did this then you can just take it out on Monday so it would still be good.
