looking for a recipe for salad, something different. not nish nash, euro, ceasar or greek.

can anyone share please??

I have this recipe from here- I can't remember who posted it, otherwise I'd quote them...

Portobello mushroom salad

mushrooms (fried till limp)
cherry tomatoes
lettuce

honey glazed almonds
onion/garlic croutons

1/2cup oil
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp mustard
1/4 tsp paprika

you sauté the mushrooms with alil oil, correct?

also, is there anything I can substitute the croutons with?
