Does anybody have a lettuce salad recipe with fake crab? I've had a recipe like this at people's homes, but not sure what dressing they used. I'm looking for a recipe that uses lettuce, imitation crab, avocado...etc but no rice please. The recipes I found on this site all seem to have rice.

I don't have exact measurements but my husband makes a delicious one using soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil (preferably roasted), sesame seeds, lettuce, fake crab, cucumber and avocado.
So yummy

I cube avocado, mango and kani, and slice some scallions. Drizzle with teriyaki sauce and some optional spicy mayo. Sprinkle with black sesame seeds. (I put this on a mound of rice but you can skip this if you really want to, and lay it over lettuce leaves.)

Spicy mayo is the orangey-pink sauce served with sushi. It's basically mayonnaise seasoned with some sriracha hot sauce.
