I don't have the time to cut a salad every day, so when I get hungry I'll tale the first thing that's in my closet and nosh
So I was thinking, If I cut up vegetables beginning of the week and put them each in a separate container, so I will only have to assemble, How long can they last before they lose the crispiness?

If each veg is kept separately in air tight containers, they should last 4 days.

Dry the vegetables after preparation (peel and /or cut) before storing.

I would also cut out and remove the waterly center bits from cucumber.
As for how long they keep crispy, it depends on vegetables.
In my experience, peppers and cucumbers won't really last more than 3days, whereas I have better luck with celery sticks, courgettes, radishes and carrots.
