how does one prepare chicken wings? I want to make them really juicy and delicious. Also, what do u serve with it? Orzo, rice, potatos, noodles? what goes well with it? Ideas please! this is tomorrow nights supper!

HOT WINGS! (Yum)
We use this recipe, but we use whatever kosher 'wing' sauce we can find.

I chop up a bunch of scallions and garlic, and mix it in a bowl with terriyaki or soy sauce and olive oil. I pour it all over the wings andshake the pan around so the wings really get soaked with the mixture. I cook them in the oven at around 400 degrees for around an hour, or until they look really crispy. every 1 minutes or so I take a big spoon and keep pouring the juices over the wings. I serve them with plain white rice. it is soooo delicious.

We just had wings last night!
I squirt a little ketchup, bbq sce, and soy sauce on them, and broil each side until done.
Serve with anything you want - fries, rice, salad, steamed veggies . . .
