HOT WINGS! (Yum)

We use this recipe, but we use whatever kosher 'wing' sauce we can find.

I chop up a bunch of scallions and garlic, and mix it in a bowl with terriyaki or soy sauce and olive oil. I pour it all over the wings andshake the pan around so the wings really get soaked with the mixture. I cook them in the oven at around 400 degrees for around an hour, or until they look really crispy. every 1 minutes or so I take a big spoon and keep pouring the juices over the wings. I serve them with plain white rice. it is soooo delicious.

We just had wings last night!

I squirt a little ketchup, bbq sce, and soy sauce on them, and broil each side until done.

Serve with anything you want - fries, rice, salad, steamed veggies . . .
