A while back there was a recipe in the Binah of gefilte fish with vegetables in puff pastry. Does anyone have the recipe or something similar? Have you ever tasted something like that? Was it good?

Don't know of that recipe but in this weeks ami they had gefilte fish with spinach in puff pastry.

I'm curious--do you defrost the gefilte fish and mix in the chopped spinach/veg and then spread it on the puff pastry? I like this idea a lot. A very different take on an old favorite.
