There is something called a tortilla mold. I guess you press the soft tortilla into it for shape, and then bake.
Maybe you could arrange three red cabbage leaves as a bowl, and then pin them together in the middle, using three toothpicks. The toothpicks piercing through to the outside would form a tripod for the bowl to stand on.

Thanks a bunch!
I have seen the mold... but I was thinking of frying something...
I'm usually a health nut, but this is for sheva brachos, so I want it to be perfect.
Ideally I would love a tried and true..

I like to put in some kind of deli salad
lettuce
grape tomatoes
purple onions
avocado (if you like)
some sort of cubed deli or grilled cutlets on top
dressing can either be mayo, sugar, vinegar type
or a honey mustard type

You brush both sides of a tortilla or eggroll wrap in oil-or spray with pam, then lay it over an upside down oven proof bowl, bake for 5-10 minutes until golden.
I use small 3-4 inch aluminum pie shell holders.

I ended up deep-frying flour tortillas (8 inch diameter)
I put the tortilla in the hot oil and pushed it down with a metal ladle...
they came out really nice!!!

My friend made the neatest salad container out of wonton dough for Shava Brachos.
She took empty cans (like canned corn or peas size). lightly sprayed the outside and put the dough squares around them crookedly (in other words, she got the 2 opposite corners to meet in the cnter of the can, IYKWIM). She baked them till they were light brown, and slipped them off the can.
On the plate, she stuffed each shell with salad and tied a ribbon that coordinated with the color theme around the middle. It looked fantastic! (I just hope I am giving a clear enough picture of what it looked like.)

I ended up making a salad with romaine lettuce, cucumbers, peppers, tomatoes, red onion...
and dressing it with
5 cloves of garlic, crushed
1 cup mayo
2 T dijon mustard
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
2 t. lemon juice
salt and pepper
This dressing is amazing!
I got tons of compliments...
