I ended up making a salad with romaine lettuce, cucumbers, peppers, tomatoes, red onion...
and dressing it with
5 cloves of garlic, crushed
1 cup mayo
2 T dijon mustard
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
2 t. lemon juice
salt and pepper
This dressing is amazing!
I got tons of compliments...
