Can someone please post the fish recipe from the December 3rd issue of Binah?
Someone told me about it but she didn't have the recipe anymore. It used honey flavored potato chips and duck sauce.

I did salmo fillet, shmeered with ketchup and mayo dipped in honey potato chips baked on 400 for 20 minutes. It was a hit. I dont have the binah recipe anymore but truthfully duck sauce and honey potato chips will be very sweet fish. my opinion.

Honey Fish and Chips (CHaya Dina Braun)
4-6 slices tilapia or flounder
flour, for dredging
1 9 oz. bag honey potato chips
2 eggs
salt
paprika
3-4 Tbsp. duck sauce
oil for frying
Directions:
1. Crush potato chips and place in a shallow dish. Prepare a second dish with flour. In a bowl combine eggs, duck sauce and spices.
2. Dredge fish in flour. Then dip into the egg mixture, and then into potato chips.
3. Heat oil in a skillet and lower the flame. Place fish in the skillet and fry for 10 minutes on each side.
Variation: For a lighter and still delicious option, you can bake this fish and it comes out delicious. Just spray a pan with cooking oil and place the fish in it. Bake it at 350 F covered, for 10 minutes. Then uncover the pan and bake for another 10 minutes.
