Hi! I have an entire, untouched bunch of celery in my fridge that will seriously go to waste if I don't do anything with it now. I'm thinking a celery dip sounds pretty tasty but I have no interest in experimenting on erev shabbos (after all, washing out a food processor when time is short is a task only a worthy recipe can deserve). Anyone out there have a tried and true concoction? TIA!

I've never heard of celery dip, but why don't you make celery salad?
