"ISO recipe for stuffed dark chicken cutlets"

Wait a second...aren't cutlets, by definition, white?

actually, no. it's hard to find, but there is such a thing as dark meat cutlets, which are nothing more than skinless, boneless chicken thighs.

Here they call the dark meat cutlets capons. The white meat cutlets are schnitzel. We know what meat they call cutlets.

I thought capons = castrated roosters

Correct. But in the kosher beef world, different cuts are called different things in different places. My skirt steak is your silver tip. (Please don't bash me if this makes no sense to you beef mavens. I don't know a flanken from a flounder, but my sil who is a butcher's dd can take one look at what passes for a brust deckel in my supermarket and tell you it's really something else.) Could be the same in the kosher poultry world.

Now I have "Someone left the chocolate babka out in the rain" stuck in my head, which is really annoying because there are too many syllables.

Recipe for mocha oatmeal cake?

Misread this as "moch oatmeal cake" and wondered how well oatmeal cake would work for that purpose.
