With 4 pages dedicated to gifilte fish I was sure I'd find my answer but can anyone advise me why my gefilte fish sinks? I cooom it covered at 350 for 2 hrs and it always tastes delish but it looks so flat and deflated. When it first comes out of oven it looks normal but as it cools it sinks. Any advice?
