How bad is it to lay on my back?

most of us lay on our backs at least sometimes. However during the last trimester of pregnancy, LAYING on your back is almost impossible and even just LYING on your back is not advised.

Yes I often write a thread title and think to myself.... "this is definitely going to end up in the reactions thread" Often I cant write it any other way though cuz of limited space in the title.....

till I added the "can I", because I imagined myself deserving some moths after a long day, somewhere on this thread
