3 lb roast
Marinade for meat:
1/2 c oil
1/2 c soy sauce
1/4 c honey
1 t dry rosemarie
1 1/2 T pepper
1 t salt
6 cloves garlic chopped into tiny pieces
Marinade the meat overnight, then broil 10-15 minutes on each side, depending on how rare you like it.
Dressing for salad:
1 c oil
3/4 c sugar
1 t dry mustard
1/3 c vinegar
1 t salt
1 T poppy seeds
Salad calls for slivered almonds and cherry tomatoes. I add scallions too. Gives a good flavor.
This is seriously the best salad ever. I made it for Shavuos for n appetizer. everyone licked their plates clean!!

I make this recipe too! Except I don't put all the sugar in the dressing or else it's too sweet and "grainy". My recipe also calls for 1 tbsp. diced onion - it really adds to the flavor.
