The olive dip is one can of black olives, a few cloves of garlic, a squirt or two of mustard (not yellow) blended in the food processor. I like it slightly chunky.

The sundried tomato one has an actual recipe here.

Shabbos day is all cold food. Other than dessert, everything is sugar free. All is gluten free other than the challah I made for my guest. Processed food free.

Homemade wine
Homemade challah (first time in a while!)

Friday night:
homemade chumus,
homemade preserved lemons,
homemade sauerkraut,
homemade pickles,
watermelon and tomato salad with balsamic dressing,
amazing beet salad with mayo, garlic, and dill,
Armenian style (vegetarian, minus pine nuts) stuffed grape leaves,
chilled carrot orange and cumin soup,
dark meat chicken with homemade bbq style sauce (tomato paste, silan, homemade sriracha, mustard, salt, garlic),
mushroom risotto,
grilled eggplant, and if I have a chance, roasted carrots.
Desert- chocolate coconut pudding and watermelon.
Drinks- water, homemade iced tea sweetened with stevia

Shabbos day is same, but instead of the chicken and risotto, its potato salad with oven roasted tomatoes, chicken breast baked in the marinade from the roasted tomatoes, and chicken salad.

Shaleshudes is leftovers, and also maybe tuna salad.

A basic chocolate pudding but with sunflower milk (you can use soy or almond or rice milk) and coconut milk in place of the milk in the recipe.

mushroom risotto is with risotto rice, onions, garlic, mushrooms, dry wine (optional), and chicken broth and nutmeg. You saute onions, garlic, and mushrooms, then add 2 cups risotto rice, and saute a minute, then add a half cup wine if using. Cook on low heat until the wine gets absorbed, then add chicken broth, one cup at a time, mixing, until the broth gets absorbed. You'll need 10 cups of broth. You want it to be saucy, but not mushy. Then salt and pepper to taste, and add a little nutmeg.

Oven roasted tomatoes- cut tomatoes in wedges, sprinkle with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder. Lay on a cookie sheet, then bake until browned on the edges and mostly dry in the center.

I haven't made potato salad with them yet, but I've seen various recipes calling for potatoes, sun dried tomatoes, olive oil, wine vinegar, salt, pepper, and basil, I think. I'm using the oven roasted tomatoes instead of sun dried,

Thank you. You add raw rice, right? And are canned mushrooms okay?
