I have to make two 10 pound containers of coleslaw- I think about 10 bags worth? (I'm going to get the big bags, but how do I times a chinese coleslaw recipe by 10? Do I put in all the salt? Vinegar? I know some ingredients don't need to be multiplied so many times.
I'm looking for a recipe with toasted almonds, scallions, vinegar based kind of thing.
Any help would be GREATLY APPRECIATED!
Need to make it TOMORROW!!
TIA!!!

Thanks!

That's exactly the type of thing I was wondering about. What about the soy sauce one in that forum? Have you ever tried it? Yours looks easy and tasty enough though so I don't mind sticking with it.
