Try it's worth the try
3 pounds of flour (=1.6kg) flour
1 glass oil
2eggs
7 Tbsps sugar
1 Tbsp salt
3 glass of warm water
2 oz of fresh yeast
Mix all dry ingredients(=flour+sugar+salt) Do not put salt together put it on the side.
In anothe bowl mix all fuild (eggs, oil, water, yeast) mix well
Make a well in the dry ingredients and pour the wet mixture. DO NOT MIX leave to rest for 45 min then mix all together.
Leave to rise until double in size . Pounch down and bake
Bon appetite
PS: It was my fist time making Challos so I tried this receipe that my friend gave me. It's jsut fantastic

I tried it was great the 1st chalah recipie that I tried and it came out soft and fluffy!! thanks!!
