Anybody here can help me with this? I'm expecting Israeli/sephardic guest at my seder, and would like to have some dishes that they would enjoy (chicken recipes, salmon recipes, pashtida/side dishes). I'd prefer things not too hard bec. I'm afraid of messing up, but whatever you have, please share!

The thing is, Sefardi is much larger and varied than just calling a recipe Sefardi. And Israeli is another thing alltogether...

Ooooooo actually thought of an easy one....
Carrot salad
Peel and boil 1 bag carrots then chop into round slices
Wash and finely chop cilantro 1/3 of bunch
Add 1 clove crushed garlic
Olive oil
Salt
Cumin

You can also squeeze 1/2 lemon in

Standard items to have are sephardi haroset (not the uncooked grated apple one, cooked one with dates, apples and raisins), meatballs (could be with leek), leek pancakes (search here, Ruchel and I posted recipes).
Are you going to serve kitniyot? If so, there's nice soup with fresh broad beans.
