Thanks for the recipe. I made it twice with Osem couscous (the round ball kind) and it was really good. I love not having any pots to clean!

I could have written this myself. I didn't have patience to make my regular recipe. I remembered how much everyone raved about the oven farfel so I made it last light with the Osem Israeli couscous. YUM! Thanks ra_mom!

We use a 7 x 10 inch deep disposable aluminum pan for this recipe. The farfel toasts and then cooks/bakes in that. After the meal is over, the disposable pan gets thrown in the garbage.

I like this recipe. Can it be doubled and baked in a bigger pan?

this recipe sounds so good but would like to make it a little less fattening. anyone try using half the oil and did it come out okay?

This is the BEST way I've ever had farfel. We love it this way.
And it's totally fine defrosted.
Thanks!!

Sounds yummy! Has anyone tried adding canned mushrooms to the mix before cooking?
