Almost every week I end up with some leftover fish from shabbos, sometimes it's plain cooked fish, other times it's marinated/sweet and sour type (cooked in water, lemon juice/vinegar, sugar...). Does anyone have ideas what I can do with them? (It's too late for this week, but every week I think of posting and never get to it, so now I will have answers for other weeks)

Eat it for lunch on Sunday in a sandwich.
Or cut into cubes and serve over salad with a good dressing and maybe some chinese noodles or another crunch.

Lower into boiling water aiming toward a fish soup/stew? With a few leftover vegs and a sliced hardboiled egg sitting in the middle of each bowl? Put a little white wine, or beer, or lemon juice in. A tbsp of oil? Some dill. Float a lemon slice on top of each bowl if you have one.

You could use extra salmon to make sushi.
