Any ideas/recipe how I can make lox into a dinner?

make it the same way as a deli saled just add lox instead of cold cuts, its yum

If you want to go a bit more elaborate, You can Do Skewers.
Grape Tomatoes, Pearl Onions, Lox and whatever else you may think of, served on a bed of Lettuce with a good dressing. With warm Rolls and cream cheese! YUM!
