you're probably not the best person to judge a recipe's spelling **or** grammar, but in any case, I think you should look for a recipe that's easy to follow rather than one that's well-spelled.

In the phrase "one that's well-spelled," you don't need a hyphen. "One" is the noun (pronoun?). I know you didn't ask me, but I can't help it!
