I ate a cabbage salad with a dressing that had peanut butter in it by someones house, and she's not answering her phone. Anyone have a recipe like that? TIA

1 cup oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp peanut butter
salt , pepper
process. pour over cabbage. sprinkle with sunflower seeds.

It needs the liquid, It's a very thick dressing. It also makes tons- enough for 2-3 salads.
