does anyone still have relish ( the binah supplement) from rosh hashana? There was a delicious recipe for tilapia with coconut in there. I would really love to have it....

I called my sister to get the recipe for you. Here goes:
1 lb tilapia fillet
½ cup flour
2 eggs beaten
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. curry powder
1 cup shredded or ground coconut
Cut tilapia into finger size pieces. Put flour into 1 bowl and eggs and spices into another. Dip fish into flour, then into egg mixture, roll in coconut and fry in oil on both sides.
