Apple Pecan Salad with Honey Poppy Dressing
Salad:
greens
pecans, cut up
apple, diced
handful Craisins
small onion, cut up
(feta cheese, optional)
Dressing:
1/2 cup honey
3 T poppy seeds
3/4 cup oil
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 tsp pepper
Combine in bowl and eat. Mmmmm

silly question... but whats the point of poppyseeds in salad dressings????
I dont find they have any flavor - all im nervous about is that itll get stuck between someones teeth.....
if its to like nice as speckles on a salad - id rather put sesame seeds on it......
how was the salad (btw!!!)
