I did a search and not one recipe came up.
I have a frozen Cod fillet. What do I do with it?

I believe there is a roasted lemon pepper cod recipe in KBD short on time. She should have some other cod recipes in her other books as well.
Let me know if you'd like to me type it up for you later.

The simplest recipe is to lightly coat with seasoned flour, pan-fry with olive oil, chopped garlic and parsley. Or bake on a parchment paper covered with tomato slices with a dab of pesto. You can cut into pieces, dip in beaten eggs and coat with seasoned breadcrumbs, fry in a skillet with 1" oil to make fish fingers.
Cod is versatile, easy to flake, white fish. You can also make sephardi/moroccan style fish (in chili oil, julienned green/red peppers, tomato sauce, corriander), or fish curry.
