A friend of mine makes balls out of it and cooks it in tomato sauce and veggies. I think she serves it with rice

I just did this on Sunday and my kids and I really enjoyed (my dh didn't go for it though). Just defrost a loaf of g.fish. Then form patties and fry in some oil (no need to add any eggs or any other ingredients). Enjoy - easy and delicious.

I chop up an onion, add some minced garlic and saute that in olive oil until the onion is translucent. Then I mix it with the gefilte fish, put it into a greased loaf pan, and sprinkle some paprika on top. Cover with foil, bake for 30 min at 350. Remove foil and bake another 30 min. That makes it brown on top but not too overdone. I always get rave reviews.
