Boy do I ever!
I don't remember for how many it is. You can use spareribs or flanken with bones.... Can't imagine it wouldn't work with boneless
Slice onion on bottom of a 9x13 Place flanken or spareribs on top. Cover and bake 2 hours.
Pour off juices (sauce) reserving 1 C. sauce.
(I also remove the onions, .)
Combine
1/2 C. ketchup
1/2 C. sugar
1 C. reserved juices
Bake 1 hour. Uncover the last 10-15 minutes.
Heaven! Soft and finger licking delicious.

Wanted to add that with 2 pieces (portions) you obviously woundn't get 1 C. reserved juices. If I remember correctly it was for 6 or 8. See how much juice you get and play around.
