I made challah in the bread machine and the dough didn't rise. Does anyone have any ideas how I can use all of this dough?
(I made another batch for challah, and it's rising, BH)

Give it to your kids as playdough? Seriously wonder why it didn't work?

Try kneading in some powdered yeast. Could be the yeast wasn't good, or got ruined .

My grandma used to make these delicious pitas. I'm not exactly sure how, but season it with onions, poppy seeds, sesame seeds etc. & bake. Be creative, it doesn't hurt to try.

Put it into the food processor to make into breadcrumbs. they taste so much better than store bought. I make it with my leftover challah and use them for chicken cutlets, but I have done it with challah that flopped as well.

this happened to me - I realised I forgot the yeast, so I kneaded in the yeast, left it a bit and made rugelach for after the fast (it was shiva asar b'tamuz). They tasted ok. My dh and kids liked them, I didn't.
