Is this the new trend? Dating a guy who only eats kosher and organic, or does it imply the girl in discussion prefers a date where you eat in a kosher organic restaurant?

It is called an ellipsis. I am fond of them because I think they make my writing/typing look thoughtful,
as if I were gazing into the distance, formulating all my very deep thoughts. lol
