the other day I was getting ready to leave the house and I was running late so I asked my son to bring me his sandals. he did. but then he left the room with them. when I went to go get him I asked him where he put his sandals. I got no answer. I searched the entire house. still no shoes. so he had to wear his sneakers with socks even though it was a hot day. the next day I decided that I had to find those sandals. I searched every shelf and cupboard, I looked in the laundry baskets and in the garbage. finally I found them in his toy drawer. phew!! at least I found them!!!

My son always looses his shoes. He always takes them off. I have to do a five minute search everytime I want to go out.
One day he through one in the toilet and another time he threw it in the bath filled with water. The only other pair of shoes I have for him is his first pair of soft shoes that are ripped,I had no choice but to put them on I guess it is good to have a second pair in case of emergancies.

I say we should have a gmach or something for lost shoes- everyone post how many SINGLE shoes they have the size and color and general description, and if someone out there lost one shoe- then they ask if someone has a shoe to mail to them! maybe we might just make pairs!
I even called elefanten and stride rite if they sell single shoes- they used to but its not cost effective anymore.
so I have a brown nubuck leather boys shoe size 20 with laces elefanten
I have a black nbuck leather boot in a size 20 with velcoe closure elefanten
a white and blue lace up sneaker in a size 7 wide by stride rite
shall I go on?

My husband or I take off my sons shoe soon after we get home and we put it in a place he can't reach. Thank G-d we have 2 pairs of shoes for him because there are many times I can't find the other even though we really try not to loose them. We lost one shoe of his first pair. The expensive pair. Now I have missed mathed baby sock. What to do with them?

I think we should have the wash/dryer arrested, I have countless prs of mismatched socks.
