Mechouia :

2 tomatoes, peeled
2 red peppers + 1 green pepper grilled and pilled
1 garlic clove

You can either cut all ingredients in very small bits or use a blender.
Add olive oil, salt, and some lemon juice to taste

Potatoes harissa :

Boiled potatoes without skin + mix harissa with lemon juice and a little olive oil = shake
(the quantity varies on how hot you like your potatoes)

Egg and tuna :

Basically I do a tuna + mayo + egg mixture, and mix it with boiled potatoes, cut in squares. Very basic, I hope you were not waiting for anything more Smile

Thanks so much! My MIL makes something very similar to Mechouia - she uses tomatoes, fresh hot green pepper, and garlic.

The harissa potatoes sound amazing - we LOVE harissa and spiciness!!! Do you serve it hot or cold?
