Sure.
1 bunch of asparagus, cut into 1 inch pieces, roasted in the oven till cooked
box of grape tomatoes, halved
1 can hearts of palm
dressing: (put on right before serving)
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup balsalmic vinegar
1 tsp dijon mustard
1/4 cup sugar

I think I got the recipe from here, but here it is.
6 potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
Place in sprayed casserole dish.
Mix together:
1 can condensed parve mushroom soup or condensed chicken soup
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup oil
2 Tbsp onion soup mix
pepper
Pour onto potatoes and slightly mix in dish. Bake at 350 uncovered until it gets crusty-about 1 hour.

pobody's nerfect, there is recipe here for scalloped potatoes from Mishpacha that I make ALL THE TIME and it is AMAAAAAAAAZING!! Just do a search for it...

Condensed Cream of Soup Substitute
Ingredients
• 3-4 Tbsp margarine OR butter
• 3 Tbsp flour
• 1/2 cup chicken broth OR 1/2 Tbsp chicken soup mix dissolved in 1/2 cup water
• 1/2 cup soy milk OR milk
• salt and pepper
Melt margarine in a saucepan over medium-low heat.
Stir in flour; stirring until smooth and bubbly.
Remove from heat and add the chicken broth and soy milk, a little at a time, stirring to keep smooth.
Return to heat. Bring sauce to a gentle boil; cook, stirring constantly, until it thickens.
Taste and add salt and pepper, as needed.
Use in casseroles in place on condensed cream soups.
Can be varied by using vegetable broth, sautéed chopped celery, celery seed, or sautéed chopped mushrooms.
Yield: 1 can

One time when I was missing the canned soup, I just used chicken broth and madybe added a little for chicken soup mix to the water.

Put chicken pieces in a pan.
Cut up-
1 green squash, unpeeled cut into half moon slices
1 yellow squash, unpeeled cut into half moon slices
1 box grape tomatoes
put vegetables on top of chicken. Pour a 8 oz bottle of italian dressing on top and bake uncovered for 1.5 hours
