It's much simpler then it sounds. My butcher sells a Turkey Roast that's already honey-mustard spiced . I just bring it home, pour white wine over it, and pop it into the oven.

CM, I think that recipe stated a can of corn, sliced cucumbers, some gree onion - all dressed with Italian dressing. I hope I remember it correctly. Anyhow, I will try making it like that tonight and will let you know if it worked out.
Other that that, here goes:

Smoked fish
Egg salad
Asian pasta salad
Beets and garlic salad
Fresh veggies salad
Sauteed mushrooms

Shnitzel, can you post the recipe? |
Oops, sorry just noticed this now.
I squeezed lime juice and a little olive oil salt and pepper onto the chicken then sliced the limes thinly and placed on top of the chicken break up a garlic clove but leave the skin on and bake at 375. Came out absolutely amazing. Also fantastic with lemon.

Okay, it's gonna be so much fun posting mine after reading all of these:
challah and dips
gefilta fish - from my MIL
chicken - sprinkled with spices and baked
potato kugel - from my mother in law
fresh salad
Go to sleep!!
(My husbands working in a day camp, and all he's gonna want to do is sleep. I had a crazy week, am not feeling well, and have no interest in cooking. My kids don't eat anyway, we're not having company - so that's my menu!)
