I bought a big (Costco size) container of strawberries & quite a few are left & are not nice to be eaten plain.
I used a recipe from a friend to use them up:
1 box of strawberries (small kind)
1 cup of sugar
2 egg whites
Put everything in the food processor with the blade the cuts, chops etc & whip it up until it reaches the top of the bowl. Freeze in a large container or individual dessert cups.

sounds like a good dessert, maybe I'll try it for shabbos.

You could make strawberry sauce and serve with ice- cream etc.
Blend strawberrries and add lemon juice and sugar to taste.
