Title says it all.

Anyone has a good tried and true recipe? I've eaten some really yummy ones in catering halls where I can't get the recipe from. I'm not sure which fish it was, my guess is tilapia or possibly flounder.

Or any other way to make fish nuggets similar to sesame chicken?

I thought I remembered that lilkingdom once posted a recipe for fish nuggets, so I did a search for fish under her name. embarrassed
