I think it's in Short on Time because I have that one at home. Alas, I'm not at home right now.

I have a recipe but I don't know if it's Susie's. It's basically a mixture of Ken's light Country French dressing, lemon juice, salt, garlic, and capers if desired. You bake it for about 15-20 minutes and put it under the broiler for a minute or two at the end.

the pesach one is the one I don't have and I checked all the other ones and none gave a recipe for blackened salmon.
Sorry!
Would love the recipe too.

Do you mean the lacquered salmon?
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp ground ginger
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp Jack Daniels or other whiskey
olive oil
6 (6 oz. each) salmon fillets
fine sea salt
freshly ground black pepper
1 (5 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
I will type up the directions if this is the recipe you are looking for.

I only saw all these replies now..sorry for the late thank you - but THANK YOU!! They all look delicious. I ended up finding the recipe I was looking for...but I wasn't too thrilled with it. I think that I may try some of these the next time I buy salmon.
