Saute Red onion, yellow pepper and red pepper - all cut into thin strips. Pour over raw chicken cutlets - can be plain or coated in egg and cornflake crumbs. Then in a small pot bring to a boil duck sauce, ketchup and brown sugar. Pour over chicken and peppers. Bake until done.

do u have a recipe for sesame chicken?
I like to make small size schnitzel and serve the sauce separately.
if u like I can post my sauce later.
I also have a yummy sauce with apricot jam and pineapple.
I suppose u could mix up some hot sauce and duck sauce as well.
mmm. this all sounds so good
for a minute I was thinking of having a schnitzel bar for purim seudah
soup to start and then
regular schnitzel, grilled schnitzel, baked cornflake schnitzel, chopped meat schnitzel. with lafa, dips, salad.
only considered it for a minute and then decided that purim is such a bussy and crowded day as it is
so id be setting myself up for an enourmous mess.
some other time then.

Truth is I just drizzle duck sauce, chili sauce or plum sauce over sliced schnitzels...
