one and half lbs b/less s/less chicken breasts
2 red peppers
2 green
onion
anything else you would like (yellow peppers, etc)
cut everything up.
put on a baking sheet. sprinkle with either a) fajita sesaonings b) salt, pepper, paprika
pour some oil over it
bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
serve w. rice
in a taco shell or a fajita
in a salad
plain
ENJOY!
