I think it's funny when people specifically say they're looking for an excellent obgyn, a delicious cake recipe, a great urologist, etc.

When someone is looking for a cake recipe, isn't it assumed they want a good one? Who looks for a gross cake recipe or a bad doctor?

I disagree.

Sometimes someone has an urgent health problem and needs to see a doctor that day, so they'd be looking for one where they can make an appointment immediately.

And sometimes they just want a consultation with the best specialist and they can wait a while.

Sometimes you just want a regular yummy cake that doesn't take too long.

And sometimes it's a really special occasion and you want to bring out the big guns. (I have a recipe for fruitcake that takes about two days of non-stop work -- anybody want it? Didn't think so. But it's really amazing!).

So it makes sense that people specify what exactly they're looking for.
