It has been refrigerated all week.
Is it still good?
Can I add fresh matzo balls and serve it to my family?
The entire pot was heated up twice and then refrigerated till today.
What do you think??

Sounds like its time for a fresh pot of soup. If its frozen you can reheat chicken soup over and over, but I think a week is about the limit for the fridge.

Agreed. If you want you can taste the soup to make sure, but I think it's time for a new batch. Sorry
