anyone ever made chicken soup with cutlets?
its the only chicken I have in the house (I got it for pretty cheap and im defrosting it now)
I dont want to buy more chicken just for this!
how was it if u did it or even if u didnt do u think it would work?!

I wouldn't make a regular chicken soup from just cutlets - you need the bones to give flavor.
What I do with cutlets is make a chicken-barley soup. I don't have the exact recipe on me now, but basically you saute onions, carrots and celery - then add water, cutlets, barley and spices.
After a few hours, you take out the cutlets, shred them and return them to the soup. It's delicious and very filling!

Not really. Mine is full of vegetables and is rich enough to eat by itself.

I never put in bones either - I put in some chicken, and lots of veggies, and my soup is really tasty and flavorful.

I also only use cultlets, and tons of vegetables, it comes out great.
