I know some of you will say that I shouldn't complain, but I am. No one knows what it's like to be really skinny and petite unless you're that person. I'm sick and tired of it. I'm really petite, but really. I'm short and skinny and at times I thought it was nice and I looked good anyway. Lately however I've been teased a lot that I'm a minnie adult, can wear children's clothing etc. I hate it! I wan't to feel like a grownup for once. I'm so desperate to gain weight and grow a size in my breasts. I'm sick and tired of looking like this little cute kid who has babies of her own!! I know the teasing is really not on purpose, it's a joke and I'm not a sensative woman at all. Usually these things don't bother me. But this has gotten too much lately. I started hating my body, I'm embarrassed for friends to see me and I feel uns-xy for dh. I need something that works and works fast!!
Is there a pill or something that will make me gain weight? And also something to make me get a bigger breast size?
Please don't tell me to eat more. I eat fine. It's my nature.
This isn't a joke. I'm desperate. I want to look my age for once! I want people to take me seriously and consider me a normal adult
Oh and I'm not looking for the 'be happy your thin rather than fat' type of replies. I do appreciate it. But extreme skinny is worse than fat!

My sister is like you, but she is not petite.
When she needs to gain weight, she eats lots of avocado, drizzles olive oil on all her foods (cold pressed is extra healthy for non-cooked foods, and gives a delicious flavor), and munches on nuts.
The only way to increase your breast size is to gain a little weight. But that's not a foolproof option either.
I wear bras that are a bit padded, and it helps alot.
Good luck.

Logically, the only way to gain pounds is by eating more calories and perhaps strength training/toning to give you more definition. I needed to gain ten pounds or so at one point in my life. I drank a few of these a day and it did the trick in a few weeks. Just drink it in addition to your normal diet. The chocolate flavor is the best and make sure it's the "PLUS" version.

There's only so much you can do to change your body type though...the drink worked for me b/c I had lost weight due to illness.

OP here
I tried food! I eat lots of junk and cake and pizza and those stuff. I just keep losing weight. Every time I step onto the scale I'm a pound less. And I'm perfectly healthy!

Write down what you are eating. Even if you think you're eating a lot of junk in actuality you might be eating very little based on portion size. Besides, if I wanted to gain weight I wouldn't eat junk. I'd eat nuts, olive oils, skin on chicken, healthier fats. No sense in clogging up your arteries.

If you're losing weight while eating extra (and not at least remaining at a set weight), you might want to visit a doctor.

I second milkshakes and nuts. But be careful what you wish for. You may find that increased weight makes you feel slower and less agile rather than more feminine and grown up. If you're healthy at the weight you are, you might want to work more at your self-image and less at your dress size.

Speak to your dr. As we age we anyway gain weight each year. You don't want to be 40 and fat.
Also, you can't spot gain, just like you can't spot reduce. there's n o telling where the weight will end up.

Re milkshakes at night: not a good idea to get into night time eating. May help pack on the pounds, but not worth it.
I do appreciate your problem, and wish I could pack some up and ship it to you. But talk to a dr. or nutritionist about this. You need to be where you are healthiest at, and if you do eat to gain, do it in a healthy way (like good fats, etc.)

Try talking to a nutritionist. She will be able to recommend the best foods for your body.

When celebrities go on diets to gain weight for movie roles, they eat lots of pasta, bread, ice cream, and high calorie shakes.
Any person at any weight can be made to feel badly about themselves. I am a size 4 and 115 pounds, but my sisters in law are size 0's and weigh under 100 pounds. They look at me as though I am an ogre and always make comments about me being built bigger. However, I love my body and really don't judge myself by their standards.
Has it occurred to you that maybe people are jealous of your slim frame and youthful appearance? People are willing to do crazy things just to look that way.

If you're trying to gain weight, I would recommend talking to a nutritionist to make sure your staying healthy and still eating a balanced diet. He/she can give you and appropriate meal plan and monitor your weight gain (you want it to be gradual)
When I had to gain weight I ate/drank nutritional supplements along with my meals and it seemed to help-I was also seeing a nutritionist.

I second the excercise idea.
I think that just packing on the calories will make you round, not the look you want. You want to build up your frame - muscle building should do the trick. Muscular arms are way nicer than flabby fat ones... the same for all the rest of your body parts.
You can increase your breast size too if you focus on chest excersises.
Dont do so much of the aerobic cardio type of excersize - go for weight lifting, body building men types of excercises. (Think push ups, bench press, kickboxing, weights...)
Eat lots of animal protien - steaks, meats, fish...
There is no way that a built muscular body will look like a little girl.
